Here is a pic from one of our hikes up Lily mountain at the Siebert Family Reunion near Estes Park, Colorado (in the background is Longs Peak one of the toughest 14,000 ft climbs in the state - we didn't do that one on this trip, maybe next time).
And Edwin that is strictly fresh water in my pack but I did have a smoothy after the hike!

ok good. I am glad you at least had one as a recovery drink. And that Longs Peak thing is no big deal. I have done it like five times, twice in one day.
haha yeah right...too bad you have to start the hike at 4am and don't get done till before dark if you're lucky...let's go together next time!
yeah ok I'm in. Could we just drive up it?
